1. Click “Start” > All Programs > SOLIDWORKS 201x > SOLIDWORKS Tools >
SOLIDWORKS Rx 201x.
Note: This might be different depending on the version of Windows used.
2. Click “Click here to launch SOLIDWORKS in Software OpenGL Mode”. This will by bypass your system’s video card and is useful in determining if crashing and/or graphical issues are related to your video card.
3. Try to reproduce the problem by repeating the same steps.
